I started the day by installing a support clamp for the engine harness and a firewall pass through too. With that installed I routed all the EGT and CHT wires to their connection points followed by crimping and soldering the connectors on. With all four cylinder temperature connections made I turned to the rest of the harness. I first marked all the various ground wires. Finally I noticed that the essential alternator output current transducer did not have any prewired connections to the main engine harness so I carried out the wiring installation.
